I use Photoshop. If you only plan on viewing your planet from one angle, Photoshop is good for that, otherwise you should probably look into 3D modeling software.

for 3d, i was tryin in after effects... but don't looks like i want.
I will try use Photoshop for make a map, and after effects for make the planet.

This is all very impressive. In terms of advanced critique, the only thing that jumps out at me is the fact that the largest of the minor background stars all seem to be of the same size/at the same distance from the foreground. Of course, that's only a minor nitpick though.
